🚨WATCH: Two armed suspects broke into 24-year-old Benjamin Nevers' apartment through a kitchen window while he and his girlfriend were sleeping.
Nevers, awakened by the noise, grabbed his handgun. Security footage captured the chaotic shootout inside the home as one intruder entered the bedroom area and opened fire.
The injured suspect, identified as Phillip Price, fled but was later arrested. He faces 21 felony charges, including two counts of assault with intent to murder, armed robbery, and breaking and entering. A second suspect remains at large.
Nevers was not charged, as police ruled it self-defense.
